I saw Amanda T. She was great. I came in with my hair already partially cut and styled, described what I wanted done to fix it and left happy. She offered the MVP treatment for free but I didn't take it.

Had free coupon for MVP. Got haircut, shampoo, hot towel, scalp and shoulder massage from Amanda. Negligible wait upon arrival, total time under 20 minutes, and very relaxing. Great experience!

I wrote review on Yelp's 07/09/2019 and was removed!! After very bad hair cut (unhealthy - NO disinfection of clipper, and NO blade replacement after the previous customer; and uneven cut ..) plus I got damage to my skin by manager of this store. After speaking with district manager from Muskegen, and finally owner of franchise SportClips 20 plus stores in Michigan from Saint Louis,MO who was not interesting to see me or to see my picture. Shortly speaking Ms. Jesse Keyser - owner was rud to me and I got no any apology and got NO on fixing my damages. I wouldn't recomended this place to anyone after my very bad experience . I could rate it less than one star.
